Buildex Design Trends, Seattle held at Washinton State Convention and Trade Center, Seattle from October 14-15,2009. The show was aimed at promoting and strengthening business, and investment cooperation among Afghan rug traders and United State leading rugs importers.
Afghan Allure booth representing Afghanistan's traditional rugs displayed variety of products such as rugs, jewelry, lapis bowls, tapestry andfashion item in the show.
More than 40 visited the booth for variety of products put on ddisplay over the attendees at the show.
Ahmad Jawaid, Chief Executive of Officer of Export Promotion Agency of Afghanistan met the interior designers and archetects interested in Afghan rugs during the show.he also discussed the areas of cooperation for increasing trade and ivestment vetween Afghanistan and United State of America with representatives of US rugs industry.
